or No Air Conditioning When the Outside Temperature Is Over 80 Degrees
Loss of Electricity In Unit (If not a property wide outage

Water Leaks, Broken Pipes, or Flooding
Malfunction of Essential Appliance (Fridge, Freezer, or Stove)
No Hot Water In Unit
Stopped Toilet (If Only 1 Bedroom)
Unsecured/Broken Entry (Front Door or Patio Window if On the First Floor)
Chirping Smoke Alarm
